Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Yatra services. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while respecting the policies of our partner hotels and service providers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Hotel Bookings Cancellation

For hotel reservations made through our platform, you may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Eligible for a 100% full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: Subject to a 1-night cancellation fee or as per the specific hotel's strict policy. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Tour Packages Cancellation

Our Bespoke Tour Packages involve extensive planning, coordination, and non-refundable deposits to various vendors. As such, the cancellation policy for packages is as follows:

  • 30+ Days before departure: 90% Refund of the total package cost.
  • 15-29 Days before departure: 50% Refund of the total package cost.
  • Less than 15 Days before departure: No refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, please contact us immediately at our official support email or phone number. You must provide your booking reference ID and the reason for cancellation.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (via Razorpay). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government lockdowns), we will work with you to either reschedule your journey or provide a credit note for future use. Direct cash refunds in such scenarios are at the sole discretion of Yatra services and our partners.
